Verkeya Speaks Inc. is a local New York City 501© (3) organization that focuses on creating transformative opportunities that heal and empower communities through workshops, support groups, and panel discussions. As a Black woman-founded nonprofit, we are dedicated to uplifting the next generation of New York City women of color by providing scholarships that ease financial burdens and open doors to success. Through education, dialogue, and support, we foster a future where women of color thrive, lead, and inspire lasting change.

Meet Verkeya

Verkeya Holman is the founder and CEO of Verkeya Speaks, Inc., a 501(c)(3). Her organization provides a platform for people to share their experiences with hardships in life, such as her own experiences with infertility and Lupus.

But after almost 12 years, she wants to do more.​
